Fossier 'Pink Biscuits of Reims'
'Pink for the sweetness, powdered for the nobility, crunchy for the pleasure', the characteristics of seduction of the pink biscuit are carefully preserved by the confectioners of Fossier.
Ingredients:
Sugar, flour, eggs, starch, egg whites, may contain nuts

Fossier, Makers of delicacies since 1756.
Situated in Reims at the heart of the champagne region, Maison Fossier is famous for it fine tradition in the confectionary world. In 1430 Joanna of Arc and Charles VII were welcomed to Reims by the Corporation of Bakers and Gingerbread confectioners. In 1690 Reims bakers created a recipe to use the heat left over after breadmaking to bake and bake again a sweet thing; the 'bis-cuit' (baked twice) of Reims was born.
In 1756, during the reign of Louis XV a small and traditional buscuit company was formed. Monsieur Fossier took over in 1845 and the company has florished ever since.
