Unless specifically agreed in writing, the following terms and conditions will apply on entering mkn.co.uk/hampers and apply to orders placed with MarketNet - Hampers UK. Please note that your order might be delivered one or two days before your selected delivery date. Please allow 48 hours for Europe and Scotland These are made by Courier, Parcel Force, First Class Letter Post or DHL. Deliveries of orders placed on our website are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays), during working hours. To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We then aim to despatch the hamper to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before. We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within the UK (In Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland the delivery might take 2 days). Guarantees on overseas deliveries can be offered by prior arrangement. Please allow 48 hours for hamper deliveries in Scotland. WORLDWIDE DELIVERIESWe are experienced in sending parcels all over the world, but because of local customs restrictions, you are advised to contact us before ordering hampers for delivery outside Western Europe.EUROPEAN DESTINATIONSPlease allow 48 hours for Europe.Prices as stated 'To UK' include delivery, and cover England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. Prices as stated 'To Channel Islands and Europe' - include delivery to the countries as listed on the order form: Channel Islands; Republic of Ireland (Eire); Andorra; Austria; Belgium; Cyprus; Czech Republic; Denmark; Estonia; Finland; France; Germany; Greece; Hungary; Italy; Latvia; Lithuania; Luxembourg; Malta; Monaco; Netherlands; Poland; Portugal; Slovakia; Slovenia; Spain; Sweden. Prices as stated 'TO MORE EUROPE' include Bosnia, Bulgaria, Canary Island, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Switzerland. PARTIESThe vendors are John Hemming trading as MarketNet and as mkn.co.uk ("the vendors" or "MarketNet") of 78 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 8BB. Any notices to be sent to the vendor shall be deemed given when sent by facsimile, email or letter to the above address or to <info@mkn.co.uk>. The purchaser shall be anyone entering mkn.co.uk/hampers or placing an order with MarketNet-Hampers UK.PAYMENT TERMSPayment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, American Express or Maestro and should be made with an order unless a credit account has previously been arranged. Payment on credit accounts is due 28 days from date of invoice and should be paid by bank transfer or, if specifically agreed, by cheque or credit card. Any discounts agreed will apply only to amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month.PRICES AND TITLETitle to goods supplied will remain with MarketNet until all sums due by the purchaser are paid in full.Prices of the MarketNet hamper range are reviewed with effect from 1st September each year and purchasers are advised to check and confirm prices of hamper orders placed before this date for despatch following it. Purchases on mkn.co.uk/hampers will be charged at the prices ruling at the date of the order. We reserve the right to amend prices should there be changes in relevant legislation. SERVICE AND PRODUCTSService is all important to MarketNet: We have an established reputation for a personal and caring approach, combined with an efficient delivery service which we regard as the key to our continuing success. We select the finest quality produce and will replace or make a refund in respect of any item which does not arrive in good condition or is lost in transit. This does not affect statuory rights of the purchaser as a consumer. Many of our hampers are available throughout the year. Day to day availability can be checked on mkn.co.uk or by contact with the vendor.The published last order date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is the nearest full working day to 15th December. In past years however, all orders received later than last dates published on mkn.co.uk/hampers have been sent out in time for Christmas. Any later dates published are the vendor's target and not a contractual commitment and are dependent upon the levels of sales, the levels of stock held and the currect performance of the carriers. While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, the vendor reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable. Plates, glasses, wine boxes and other props shown in photographs are not included in a hamper unless specifically listed. DELIVERIESDeliveries are made by appointed carriers depending on the destination, and the product, or as specifically agreed with the purchaser. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank adn national holidays). To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs, clearance etc, it is advisable for purchasers to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. The vendors aim to despatch goods to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before, taking account the delivery time and whether any perishable items are included in the order.In the event of non delivery within the UK due to an incorrect address or incorrect recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, MarketNet reserves the right to make a change of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order. Prices as stated 'To UK' include delivery, and cover England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. CANCELLATION AND CLAIMSShould the purchaser, for any reasons, request to cancel an order prior to despatch, the purchaser agrees to reimburse any loss incured by MarketNet. Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing to the vendor within 21 days of the due delivery date.SECURITY OF INFORMATIONGreat care is taken by the vendors to make all information held secure including using Secure Socket Layer (128Bit) security for credit card information in online purchases.
