Delivery Charges: We add £3.50 for postage and packing for all orders up to £12.00. £4.99 is charged on orders valued between £130.00 and £130.00. Orders over £130.00 are delivered free. (All charges assume delivery to one address in the UK).
No deliveries to Northern Ireland and British islands.
The customer can pay an extra £10.00 for an express delivery.
Important: You will pay the delivery cost once per delivery address even if we ask you to add the delivery cost everytime you choose a toy from a different category. We will adjust the delivery cost accordingly. Sorry about that.

Despatching of goods: We try to despatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within 48 hours of receipt, providing items are in stock.
Please allow up to 21 days at busy times, or in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, or for some personalised items. If the order is for a specific date such as a birthday, we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.
Once the order leaves us we use a 48 hour delivery service in the UK (a little slower to the Highlands of Scotland) or Royal Mail post. Orders to other countries are despatched just as quickly and arrive as fast as their national postal services allow.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don't want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 14 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded. Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.
