An excellent first musical instrument that even the very young can play. Ingenious design - the hard-back book opens to reveal a xylophone and the book folds out to be a music stand, complete with music and lyrics on one side and songsheet on the reverse (so one child can play whilst others sing). Very easy to follow as music sheets show actual notes but are also colour and number coded, making it easy for children of all abilities to identify notes and learn the 12 familiar tunes.
